Siraha Campus is located at Siraha municipality, Siraha, established with an avowed purpose of producing educational, technical and teaching training manpower with the name of National Educational Teacher Training center in 2024 B.S. Later, in 2039 this campus was affiliated to Tribhuvan University in the name of S.S.M.Y.M. Campus, Siraha after the implementation of National Education System Plan (NESP-2028). It began to produce trained teachers for educational sector according to the newly introduced curriculum (2028). In 2038 the NESP curriculum was reviewed, the nature and weightage for this subject got changed and great emphasis was laid to education. As a result, number of student in education also increased abruptly and the campus started to run general education program in Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) at that time. Now, this campus has several educational programme benefitted to this locality, viz, One Year B.Ed, B.Ed, B.Ed ICT, B.A, BBS, B.Sc(2067B.S) Masters’ level in education (2068B.S) and Open Distance Learning (ODL) programme in M.Ed (2070B.S), and hope that several technical programmes is to be launched in the near
